Cristina is trademark attorney responsible for registration, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks before OSIM, EUIPO and WIPO. She assists both national and international clients in conducting and providing search reports, filing trademark applications and managing the applications at all stages of their registration. Cristina also advises on various opposition matters, infringement and enforcement cases for trademarks.

The challenge facing Cristina is to achieve the best possible protection for every client according with his own wishes, ideas and vision for the future.

She has a Cambridge Certificate in Business English and she is member of the Academy of European Law and of the Institute of Legal Secretaries and PA’s in London, UK.
